Anna O'Callaghan

Anna is a Senior Associate in our Private Client Team.

She has recently returned home to Southland after spending the last decade practising property law in post-earthquake Christchurch.

Expertise

Anna specialises in succession planning, asset protection, and personal structuring. She advises on all trust matters, including the establishment, maintenance, and winding up of trusts. Her structuring practice includes assisting clients with relationship property agreements.

Anna has a particular interest in elder law issues, and enjoys assisting clients as they transition to a lifestyle or care facility. She regularly advises on the preparation of wills, and enduring powers of attorney, and can help guide clients through the administration of estates.

Anna is also experienced in residential property transactions and personal financing.
