If there is one thing Anna thrives on, it’s order. She doesn’t do disputes — it’s all about putting the necessary measures in place to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible for her clients, without the need for conflict. With about 15 years of experience at PRLaw leading the Private Client team and dealing with asset protection, rural and commercial law, her focus is on helping people to get all of their affairs in order so they can worry about the important stuff. For example, If clients were to find themselves in a situation where they needed support with a shareholders agreement and the parties involved were family, Anna’s approach would be to ensure that the agreement made sense for both their business and personal relationship. Whatever the clients’ needs, it’s about getting the full picture of everyone’s affairs, and often working closely with an accountant where it is beneficial to the client. Efficient, confidential and committed to every case that comes across her desk, Anna walks alongside her clients during the entire process, from start to finish, so that they can leave every interaction feeling reassured and confident they’re in safe hands.
Anna’s career started in about 1996 as a civil litigation lawyer, but thanks to the support of a world-class mentor, realised her interests lay elsewhere. She joined PRLaw in 2000 and was made a partner in 2003 before leaving in 2008 to start and raise her family. After coming back to her career part-time, she has since remained with the firm and enjoys all the things that come with that.
When she’s not getting her clients organised, you can find Anna spending time with her two boys who are heavily involved in squash and soccer, walking her dog or taking some time out for some R&R at her batch in Riverton.
