Leading Preston Russell Law’s Private Client (Estates, Wills and Trust) team allows Anna Elder to combine her passions for working with people and ensuring they have the appropriate structures in place for their individual needs.

Anna was admitted to the Bar in 1996 and became a partner at Preston Russell Law in 2003. She was a Partner in Preston Russell Law’s Primary Industries team and enjoyed working on complex rural and property transactions, and asset planning and restructures. Anna took time out of her career to spend time at home with her boys Ben and Sam.
Since returning to Preston Russell Law in 2015 Anna has changed focus to oversee Preston Russell Law’s Private Client practice and has overall responsibility for the firm’s Estate administration practice with a strong interest in elder law, including trusts, asset planning, ownership structures and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Anna’s expertise and efficiency will ensure client’s individual needs are met.
