Jennifer first joined PRLaw in 2019 as a summer clerk and is now a solicitor in the Employment, Family & Relationship Property and Immigration teams. Since joining PRLaw, she has gained experience in a wide range of areas including employment, immigration, resource management and family law.

Jennifer has experience in acting for both employees and employers for personal grievances, disciplinary processes, employment agreements, and other employment disputes. She has also assisted Director Mary-Jane Thomas in a number of Employment Relations Authority hearings.

Jennifer is highly motivated and has strong communication skills. She is professional, caring and compassionate. Jennifer entered the legal profession with the intent of helping the community and this continues to be her focus. At university she volunteered at Community Law Otago and continues to volunteer for Invercargill Citizens Advice Bureau.

Outside of work, Jennifer is on the Southland New and Young Practitioners Committee which organises functions and activities for new lawyers around Southland. In her holidays, she enjoys exploring Central Otago and spending time with family.
