Elizabeth Henry

Elizabeth (Liz) Henry is an Associate in our Commercial Law team.
She joined the firm after graduating from Otago University in 2005 with degrees in law and policitcal studies.
Liz specialises in general property work and residential Conveyancing and has recently changed her focus to include overseeing the firm's Estate Administration practice. Liz has a passionate interest in Elder Care Law; including Estate Planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wills, Trusts, Retirement Villages, Rest Home Care Subsidies and Social Security matters.
Liz is sensitive to our client's wants and needs and is able to help manage the tensions that sometimes occur within families when discussing assets and individual's wishes particularly in the advancing stages of life and on a client's death.
Liz is on the board of the Southland Multi-Cultural Society.
In her free time Liz is a recent convert to jogging and duathalons and enjoys spending time with her husband and infant daughter making the most of what Southland has to offer.
