 Employment and Immigration teams

After growing up in Winton, it was a no-brainer for Alice to return to Southland to begin her career in a community that she understands. Having worked during the university holidays at Preston Russell for the past four years, she is excited to finally be a permanent member of the team.

Alice was recently elected onto Te Hunga Rōia Māori, the New Zealand Māori Law Society, as the regional representative for Dunedin and Southland. She joins the National Executive having previously acted as President for the Otago Māori Law Students Association whilst she was at University. Also during her time at University Alice volunteered for a local law centre, was employed as a Research Assistant for the Law Faculty, and represented Otago during her final two years in National Mooting Competition Finals.
