The team has developed a focus towards effective dispute resolution with an emphasis on tailoring solutions to meet the issue in dispute. Our team is also active in the area of appellant work arising from these issues.
Our Services
Our team covers a wide area of commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution but has developed a number of niche services to tailor to the requirements of the Southland and Otago market. The following list is not exhaustive but includes such diverse things as dairy industry disputes, arbitration, company and commercial litigation, insurance law, ACC and other medico-legal issues, media law and Commerce Commission work.
