Our Services

Preston Russell law covers a wide ranging commercial brief. Our commercial law team advises individual and corporate clients, and works with the rural law team and our estates, trusts and wills experts to offer a seamless service to clients.

Our particular strengths lie in business structuring, including the use of joint venture companies and other corporate entities, assisting major corporate clients, local authorities, and farmers amongst others.

We also handle company incorporations, company constitutions, directors' and shareholders' rights and duties, share issues, share sales, and overall restructurings.

The commercial team assists with property transactions including rural conveyancing matters and can advise on trust law and trust structures, including the formation and operation of both private family trusts and charitable trusts. We can also help you with the the Personal Property Securities Act, succession planning, and contract law.
